A Career Shaped by Service

Ms. Molina was raised in Alaska in a homesteading environment — one that instilled resourcefulness, self-reliance, and a deep sense of personal accountability. She began her professional life not in a law office but in emergency medicine, graduating from the Daniel Freeman Paramedic Program and responding to Las Vegas 911 calls for over a decade. The ability to stay calm, focused, and thorough under pressure — shaped during those formative years in the EMS field — still defines how she approaches every legal matter today.

She later returned to California, earned her Doctor of Chiropractic, and built a clinical practice that expanded into workers' compensation evaluation, independent medical examinations, and expert work within the California Subsequent Injury Benefit Trust Fund (SIBTF).

After completing her law degree at Pacific Coast University School of Law, she was admitted to the California Bar in 2021 and practiced criminal defense before opening her own firm to concentrate on health law and professional healthcare license defense. She serves as a part-time professor of jurisprudence at the Southern California University of Health Sciences and also teaches throughout California as a Professional Speaker for Doctors of Chiropractic seeking annual continuing education credits for state-licensing renewal.
